Alloy Wheel Refurbishments

Here at The Spray Works Lincoln we will have your alloy wheels looking like they never had a past thanks to skilled bodywork technicians and state of the art technology.
All of our refurbishments are carried out on site here at The Spray Works Lincoln in our body shop located in Saxilby.
Alloy Wheel Repairs
For alloy wheel refurbishment we use our scissor lift ramp to take the car up in the air to take the wheels off, we use the ramp as this is the safest way to do so for us and your car.
We then pressure wash the wheels front and back to get rid of any road grime before starting prep on the face of the wheel. Once the wheels are dry we take the tyre off of the front face of the alloy so that we can remove any curb damaged to the wheel.
Scratched Bumper Repairs
Once this is done, we start prepping the wheels for paint by sanding all the curb damage out and any imperfections and then we scuff the rest of the wheel up, once this is done they are ready to be masked up and painted.
We can do factory OEM colours, or you can chose a colour and we can do a full colour change on your alloys. Once the wheels are painted, they are fitted back to the car and torqued to the correct specification for that car.

At The Spray Works Lincoln we always try to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. We offer fast turnaround times for bumper scuff and scratch repairs, and provide a free courtesy car if your repair is going to take a while.
This can be booked in advance by letting us know you need one. If not, we can always run you home ourselves, it’s all part of the service with The Spray Works.
